Pauline Taylor

Director and Founder

Following a successful banking career in Scotland, Pauline relocated to San Roque Club, Sotogrande in 2004 to enjoy the mediteranean climate and to seek her next life challenge.  Having experienced first-hand the complexities and difficulties associated with acquiring and operating a property overseas, she subsequently established Property Perfect in 2005.

Today, Pauline continues to live in San Roque Club with her husband and their young daughter, Taylor.  Pauline’s older son, Anthony, lives in Dubai with his wife and son. Other than Property Perfect, Pauline’s family is her other passion.

Since 2005, Property Perfect has grown year on year and gained an envied reputation for its professional, personal and friendly service.  Property Perfect really does care about its clients and Pauline has built an exceptional and highly experienced team, who all share her passion for perfection.

In fact "Passion Drives Perfection" is her declared business and life goal.

Following several months of detailed discussions, October 2020 saw Property Perfect announce that Engel & Völkers Sotogrande & Tarifa (under new ownership since March 2020), had appointed Property Perfect as its new property management partner.

 

Following the acquisition of the Engel & Völkers Sotogrande & Tarifa business in March 2020, the New Management decided to seek an external professional partner to handle the property management aspects of their business.  After a lengthy review of property management companies throughout Cadiz & Costa-del-Sol, Engel & Völkers Sotogrande & Tarifa chose Property Perfect as its exclusive selected partner…. and we’re delighted!
